The Amagami dating game 🎮 was amazing 😍, and very popular. People love to play Amagami games the whole day ( I mean weeb people who don't have any girlfriends 💔, well I am also shut in weeb 😉 )

So Amagami was very popular and I think Amagami followed the game 🎯 plot very closely.
So how is Seiren different? Well, Amagami's spin-off anime, Amagami SS, did quite well (and as far as I can perceive, has a bit of a following even today).
Then why is the seiren not like Amagami ?
Amagami is a spin-off anime. And also because of the cute character animation, awesome characters, unique designs, etc...
Seiren is a romance-type anime. Seiren has 6 female characters, but the main character, Shoichi, doesn't have Harem. I mean he only loves 😘 1 girl, not all six girls.

And also, Seiren, as successor or future self of Amagami, is not based on any game, it's different and an original anime, so they don't have to follow the route of games and they can do anything they want.
After the success of Amagami, the animators thought 🤔, why don't we make new and different anime not based on the game, so that's how it is.
